Yoga for Period Pain
I'm a yoga teacher, but woman first most and I know how debilitating period pain can be and how you can lose hours and days because of it. I found that doing yoga on my period helps to relive the toughest of cramps and lower back pain. I feel lighter inside and out, can think more clearly and I'm anxiety-free.
When I feel like I can't move and can't imagine getting out of bed, I get up and do as little as 20-30min and feel SO much better afterwards. Of course I don't think dragging yourself to any odd yoga class is the right way to go, there are certain asana's that are not recommended for when you are bleeding.

Yoga Retreat in Spain
In 2019, I took a small group of yogis with me on a five day retreat in Spain.
We practiced yoga, mediated, swam in the sea and our private pool. We ate organic and fresh, homemade meals and made unforgettable memories.
I would LOVE to host a retreat in 2021, fingers crossed COVID will be a thing of the past.
