My journey with yoga began in 2016. Whilst in university I was suffering with anxiety and depression; disconnected from my body and heart. I was searching for answers and wanted to become my own healer. This is when yoga entered my life. After practicing for two years, I embarked on a solo trip to India where I completed my 200-hour Hatha Yoga teacher training course.
I left feeling compelled to teach, with the aim to support and foster the feelings of inner peace, love and gratitude in people just like you.

We work on achieving your specific goals. You might want more physical strength, to improve your flexibility or to create a relaxed mind and body. We will discuss exactly what your needs are before the class.
Each class is tailored made and designed for you.
£45 Per Session / 50euro = 60mins
£80 Per Session / 70 euro= 90mins
