Guided Meditation Journey
A 50-minute meditation session incorporating gentle pranayama and breathwork techniques. Each week, I will guide you on an introspective journey, helping you release emotional and energetic blocks while raising your vibration and expanding your awareness of self. These sessions are ideal for cultivating inner peace, clarity, and mindfulness, leaving you refreshed and aligned for the rest of your week.
Tuesday’s 6pm (GMT)
Yin Yoga
A 1-hour Yin Yoga class where we embrace stillness and hold poses for 2–6 minutes, working deep into the muscle fascia and connective tissues. This deeply therapeutic practice is perfect for slowing down, releasing stored tension, and embracing the art of being present. Yin Yoga helps to improve flexibility, increase circulation, and calm the nervous system, making it a perfect antidote to busy modern life.
Thursday’s 6pm (GMT)
Hatha Yoga
A 1-hour Hatha Yoga Flow designed to gently awaken your body and mind. This class focuses on building flexibility, strength, and stamina through a series of asanas (postures) combined with mindful breathing. Whether you’re looking to improve your practice or simply end your day in a mindful way, this flow is accessible and welcoming for all levels, leaving you feeling balanced and empowered.
