MONDAY 7:45 - 8.15am ONLINE

Rise and Shine with a short and sweet 30 minute flow, designed to boost your energy and your mood. 

Start the day feeling good.

TUESDAY 6-7pm ONLINE

Unwind and relax with body warming flows and feel what it's like to shake the energies of the body.

THURSDAY 6-7pm ONLINE

Gentle flows to create inner stillness and peace. Perfect for beginners!

1-1 PRIVATE CLASS ONLINE OR IN PERSON

A 70minute class taking place either online or in person.


We work on achieving your specific goals. Each class is tailored made and designed for you. 


£35 Per class


Package of 4 classes £120


This can be 1-2-1 or maximum of 5 Students/family or friends.

How does it work?

Online classes using Zoom


When you sign up for a class you will receive an email with our "zoom" link for the session. You will simply click on the link and then be taken to the online class. 


You have the option of turning on your camera and microphone, or you can choose to practice without and you will still be able to watch me and hear me guide you.  You can also decide to turn your camera on so that I can see you and offer alignment cues and give one to one attention.


You can practice using your laptop, desktop, tablet or phone, anywhere from the world.


You can either book a class by directly emailing me or via home experience.  


Why practice online?


-Gain the full benefits of the practise from comfort of your living room.

-You receive the guidance and support of your teacher who can offer modifications for your practise if you have your webcam on.

-Be more motivated to stay consistent as turning up to your class is effortless- if not much easier. 

-No time wasted going from and to the studio/gym.
