Each week we focus on a new theme or set of affirmations. Great for grounding and slowing down.
Fusion of Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Class
We target various groups of muscles and work to build flexibility and strength. We begin by flowing through asana's holding for 3-5 breaths and slow down towards the end of the class.
In this class we aim to target a different group on muscles than we had on Tuesday. This class is designed to push and challenge.
A 70minute class taking place either online or in person.
We work on achieving your specific goals. Each class is tailored made and designed for you.

I help busy, suffering from pain and strain office workers practice yoga and implement yoga philosophy into their daily lives. Through short and effective yoga sequences, you will gain clarity of thought and an energetic body serving you whilst you conquer the world.
Online classes using Zoom
When you sign up for a class you will receive an email with our "zoom" link for the session. You will simply click on the link and then be taken to the online class.
You have the option of turning on your camera and microphone, or you can choose to practice without and you will still be able to watch me and hear me guide you. You can also decide to turn your camera on so that I can see you and offer alignment cues and give one to one attention.
You can practice using your laptop, desktop, tablet or phone, anywhere from the world.
