The breathwork that Maja teaches is called concious connected breathwork. This is done lying down on your back in a comfortable position with music playing to help motivate, relax and release anything that’s stuck. Maja is there to guide you through the experience and support the process. It can be powerful, it can be messy, it can be extremely profound and healing.
